Guide for UK landscapers
How to follow up a landscaping quote without sounding pushy or losing track of the job.

Landscaping quotes often sit open while the customer compares options, waits for another decision-maker, or decides which phase to start with. The follow-up should stay manual, timely, and grounded in the original quote detail.
1. Check the quote context first
Before following up, review what was quoted, which options were included, and whether the customer already asked a question that still needs an answer.
2. Keep the message short and specific
A simple check-in usually works better than a long sales message. Refer to the project and ask whether the customer needs anything clarified.
3. Record the next manual action
If they need more time, another option, or a revised start window, note the next action clearly so the quote stays visible for the next review.
